Ro Scythe was born Rolando Brown in Washington D.C. With being a child in a military family Ro traveled to several states, and finally settled down in Georgia when his mother retired from the army. Audio has always played an instrumental role in his life, but it was in high school where Ro was formally instructed in audio at Grayson Tech in Loganville Georgia. While under this instruction Ro made the decision that he wanted to pursue a career in audio.
As an audio engineer Ro is involved in the recording and mixing of dialogue for film, TV, podcasts and more. Outside of production for visual media, Ro is also a recording and mixing engineer for musicians in the Atlanta area.
Now an alumni of SAE institute in Atlanta Georgia and the Art Institute of Atlanta and a former intern of Silent Sound Studios, Ro is currently working either on set for various productions in the Atlanta area or recording a musician in one of Atlanta’s many studios.
